These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed by consumers on the Dogysh online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
The main characteristics of our products (ingredients, feeding guidelines, quantity) are described on each product page. Dogysh products are complementary pet foods for dogs and are not medicines.
Prices are displayed in the currency of your market and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free. Prices applicable to your order are those shown at the time of purchase.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock; any amount paid will then be fully refunded.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and is processed securely by our payment providers. We never have access to your full card details.
Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout, under the conditions described in our Shipping Policy.
If you live in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us through the Contact page of our website. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using your original payment method.
In addition to your legal rights, our Refund Policy describes our satisfaction guarantee.
Our products benefit from the statutory guarantees that apply in your country. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
