We want you and your dog to love Dogysh. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. If your dog simply did not like the product, contact us anyway: we will always try to find a solution.
Contact us through the Contact page of our website with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo so we can make it right at no cost to you.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened products can only be returned if they are faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
